All of the design, testing and development of AYD is carried out within our in house on site fully accredited R&D center. Everything is application engineered only using original samples. Equipped with over 150 dedicated engineers covering all the skill sets required to ensure we offer our partners like for like when comparing our product with the OE. This facility also allows us to continuously optimise our development costs and also offer a premium quality product.
- By carefully selecting all the required materials and following all the processes in compliance with EN 286-2: 1992 Pressure Vessels standards, our products are designed and manufactured to function and withstand the most extreme road and weather conditions. In parallel with this we also ensure product safety by applying the same calculation methods and test procedures defined within the same product standards.
- All of the products we develop comply with the industry required CE standards and follow process and product verification guidelines. Tightness and pressure-blast test inspections are also carried out by 3rd party independent organizations.
- Regular rigorous testing and engineering studies are carried out throughout all the stages of our manufacturing processes starting from the prototype design, production, testing and the final approval process. By following our systematic Quality and TQM processes and procedures our team of engineers are always looking for ways to continuously improve our product quality and reduce further our development times in the most effective and efficient ways.
